Something About The Author
My experiences cover 25 years in education with emphasis in special education, school-level and district-level administration. As a district administrator, I served as director of exceptional student services and basic student services. In addition, I have been employed in higher education as disability services director, contact center manager for student financial services, and graduate instructor for both ground and online courses.
Because I love the business side of education, my experiences include traditional K-12 and post-secondary proprietary environments. This part of my skillset includes productivity tracking, program development, compliance auditing, grant writing, vertical team management and performance optimization.
